It's time to partay. We've had an amazing first year and are loving life in the Montrose, so we just have to celebrate. This is for all our incredible neighbors, friends from far and wide, and everyone else who needs a good excuse to revel (but this is Montrose, do we even really need an excuse?). 

There's gonna be delicious gumbo, authentic king cake, bayou music, crafts for the kids and beads galore.
